User Data Deletion

TagFlux, operated by Clockwork Digital S.L., respects your right to request deletion of your personal data, including data processed through Google integrations and through the WhatsApp Business service.

What you can delete

• Your TagFlux account data and connected advertising-integration data (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads).
• Your WhatsApp messaging data: phone number, profile name, message content and metadata.

How to request deletion

Send an email to admin@tagflux.io from the email address associated with your account (or including the WhatsApp phone number used), with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Please indicate which data you want deleted.

Alternatively, WhatsApp users can send the message “DELETE MY DATA” to the same WhatsApp number they have been chatting with.

What happens next

• We will verify your identity to protect your data.
• We will delete or anonymise the relevant personal data within 30 days of your request, except where we are legally required to retain certain information (e.g. tax, security or dispute records).
• We will confirm completion by email.

Revoking Google access

If you connected a Google account, you can also revoke TagFlux’s access at any time from your Google Account permissions page, which stops further data access independently of this request.
